We carry a wide range of fresh food, hot & cold beverages, groceries, and services. In addition, we are responsible for the operations of the leasing space in the concourse of the BTS network.

Responsibilities
- Execute planning and budgeting process flows, timeline, templates and tools to support business plan formulation and performance measurement mechanism....
- Master and operate the financial model to measure and monitor financial performance of the assigned BU.
- Prepare and design management reports and presentation to support BU performance and insightful analysis, mainly for retail and leasing activities as well as management reports required by management, parent companies and affiliates.
- Act as a super user of budgeting and planning systems to serve business requirements.
- Facilitate the formulation of KPIs and initiatives of the assigned BU and monitor progress against the defined targets.
- Support the financial analysis and feasibility information to other functions i.e. IR, finance and businesses.
- Perform any other jobs as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting; CFA or CPA license would be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Thai.
- At least 7 years of experience in corporate finance, business planning, financial planning and reporting functions. Experiences in the retail industry and/or business startup will be an advantage.
- Familiar with processing high volume data with multiple spreadsheets with high accuracy and prompt turnaround time.
- Good knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws.
- Exceptionally competent user of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with hands-on experiences in budgeting and planning software, BI tools or Tableau.
- Self-starter, detail and result oriented, numerate, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal/communications skills and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training formats, including classroom training, online learning, and blended learning approaches. Create engaging training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Manage end-to-end training and development processes, from identifying development needs to organizing learning courses, coordinating with participants, evaluating program effectiveness, and assessing learner performance.
- Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and various courses.
- Regularly assess training needs to enhance new skills and training opportunities.
- Understand employees' training needs by collaborating with department heads.
- Propose and implement activity plans that promote organizational values, culture, and employee engagement.
- Motivate employees to recognize the importance of organizational values and to adhere to a culture aligned with sustainable policies.
Qualifications
- Experienced in communication, organizational culture building, and employee engagement. Skilled in curriculum development and instructional material creation, with 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Possess experience in teaching, serving as a trainer, and developing instructional materials. Proficient in assessment, evaluation, and performance measurement.
- Able to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work within tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal/communications skills and positive attitude.
